GET CONNECTED

Start Your Remote Support Session

Follow these simple steps to connect securely with your JC Computing technician.

On your Windows computer, press these three keys at the same time:

Ctrl + Windows + Q

You can also open the Windows Start menu and search for Quick Assist.

Your JC Computing technician will provide you with a temporary security code.

Enter the code in Quick Assist and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.

Windows will ask for your permission before sharing your screen with the technician.

Review the request and select Allow to begin your support session.

Only start a remote support session after contacting JC Computing directly or after arranging a support session with us.

Never provide remote access to someone you do not recognize or trust.

You remain in control of your computer and must approve the remote connection before a technician can assist you.
